Terms of Use

By using lobby you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

lobby offers party games played in person, each player on their own phone. Whoever starts a game becomes the “host”, and the rules of the game run on that person’s device; if the host loses connection, play pauses.

2. Your account

• You must sign in with a Google or Apple account to play.
• You may not use the app if you are under 13.
• You are responsible for your account’s security and for activity under it.
• You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use names that harass, insult or impersonate,
• automate play, use cheating software, or bypass game rules by technical means,
• harm the service, our servers, or other players’ experience,
• reverse engineer the app or attempt to derive its source code.

We may restrict or terminate accounts that break these rules.

4. lobby+ subscription

lobby is free to play. lobby+ is an optional paid membership that unlocks additional features.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account on confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access for the period you paid for.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refund requests follow their policies and must be made to them. We are not able to issue refunds.

Price changes. Prices may change. If the price of an existing subscription changes, the store notifies you in advance and asks for your consent where its rules require it.

5. In-app content

The display name and avatar you choose are shown to other players in your room. You are responsible for that content.

6. Availability

We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service. Games and features may change over time. If we permanently remove a paid feature, we will offer a reasonable remedy.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Apple

If you obtained the app from the App Store: these terms are between you and CornerLabs, not Apple. CornerLabs alone is responsible for the app and its support; Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights under consumer protection law are unaffected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes in the app. The date at the top shows the last update.
